Hepatitis 2008 - November 15
The Hepatitis Support Network of Hawai’i presents a 1-day symposium for physicians, mid-level practitioners, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers to learn about the viral hepatitis epidemic in Hawai’i and to receive practical clinical information on screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with viral hepatitis. Symposium will be held from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Queen’s Conference Center located at 510 S. Beretania St. Honolulu, Hawaii. Hepatitis 2007A conference on hepatitis was held at the Queens Conference Centere on October 27, 2007. Approximately 100 doctors, nurses, and health care workers came to hear individual perspectives on the silent epidemic.Speakers included physicians, patients, payers and health care workers. It was quite successful and may be written up for publication. |
